Referral only services
Some of our services are only available through referrals from professionals or organisations. These services provide more focused or specialist support and each referral one is looked at to make sure the service fits the person’s needs. We aim to keep people informed and supported throughout the process.
Care and support services
Creating Homes
Our Creating Homes Programme makes private rental homes across NI accessible to people who are ready to move on from temporary accommodation.
Housing First for Youth
For some young people, shared accommodation isn’t right for them. Housing First for Youth offers a different path, one built on independence, safety and support.
Health and wellbeing
Our Wellbeing team works with those who need extra support; helping to improve health, build confidence, and create a pathway out of homelessness.
Project for Separated Children
The Transition Project exists to give these young people a safe, stable and culturally sensitive place to begin again.
