Doing things differently
Our Strategy
Our 2024 – 2029 strategy ensures our approach is informed, compassionate, and determined, putting people at the centre of everything we do. Ending homelessness requires deeper thinking and looking at things from a different perspective. Over the next five years, we are taking bold, practical, and compassionate action to prevent and end homelessness in Northern Ireland.
The challenge in 2026
This crisis has been deepening for decades. Homelessness is no longer just about housing. It is driven by societal uncertainty, poverty, mental health challenges, addiction, education gaps, lack of job opportunities, relationship breakdowns, and domestic abuse.
