Yes – health and social care professionals can refer someone to our services. If you’re supporting a person who is experiencing homelessness or is at risk of losing their home, you can get in touch with our team on their behalf.
To make a referral, please contact our 24/7 Homeless Support Line on 0800 171 2222. Our team will ask for a few details to understand the individual’s situation and identify the most appropriate support or accommodation option.
Where possible, we encourage you to ensure your client is aware of and involved in the referral, so we can give them the best possible support from the outset. If you need any guidance before referring, you’re very welcome to email us or call the support line for advice.
