Health and wellbeing

For some people experiencing homelessness, challenges such as mental health issues, physical health concerns, substance use, or past trauma can make the path to independent living more difficult. Our Wellbeing Practitioner team works with those who need extra support, helping to improve health, build confidence, and create a pathway out of homelessness. We focus on practical, compassionate care that meets people where they are and helps them move forward with ease.
