Homelessness can happen to any family. We work in partnership with the Housing Executive to provide temporary accommodation for families until they are offered a social home or find a suitable private rental.

If you’re 18 or over, we provide a grant towards your deposit, so you can secure a home in the private rental sector.

I’m struggling with drugs and/or alcohol

If alcohol or drug use is affecting your ability to keep your home, we’re here to help. Losing your tenancy can be stressful and overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone.

 

Drugs & Alcohol Service

Our Drug and Alcohol Service offers free, confidential support for anyone aged 18+ living in the South Eastern Trust area. We use a harm reduction approach to help you take small steps towards recovery – at your pace.

I’m a care leaver

If you are leaving care or have left care recently, there’s dedicated help and support available for you. The Health and Social Care Trusts (also known as ‘social services’ or ‘the trust’) may be able to help you or have a duty to find you somewhere to live.
