This is a referral-only service.
This service is available across Greater Belfast and accepts referrals from Simon Community services. If you’re already working with us, speak to your Support Worker to see if this service could be a good fit for you.
What to expect
Practical Support from Day One
We provide hands-on help to get your tenancy set up, from utilities and bills to furniture and essentials.
Short-Term, Focused Support
Our support is intensive but time-bound, working with you during the first critical weeks of your tenancy.
Building Confidence and Independence
We help you develop the skills and confidence to manage your home and tenancy successfully.
Connecting You to Your Community
We support you to settle in, reduce isolation, and link into local services and ongoing support if needed.
