The One Club for Creativity has shortlisted Simon Community’s homelessness ASMR films in two categories at this year’s One Show - the world's most prestigious award show in advertising, design and digital marketing.
Shortlisted in the disciplines of Radio & Audio and Branded Entertainment, the films that were launched in late 2019, reached 3.7million people globally in their first 24hrs, were picked up in media outlets and key social media influencers across the globe and forced viewers to empathise with individuals who have no safe place to call home.
Speaking of the shortlisting, Ciarán Corr, Communications Manager at Simon Community commented:
I’m incredibly pleased that the work of Ogilvy and our ASMR campaign has been recognised at this year’s awards show. It was a delight to work with the team at Ogilvy and launch the films during Homelessness Awareness Week 2019. The innovative content perfectly grabbed the attention of audiences, challenged how homelessness is perceived and raised the profile of our charity.
