Belfast Trust is one of the largest integrated health and social care trusts in the United Kingdom, deliveingr integrated health and social care to approximately 358,000 people in Belfast while providing many regional specialist services to all of Northern Ireland.
The trust has an annual budget of £1.6 billion and a workforce of approximately 21,500 (full time and part time). They comprise the major teaching and training hospitals in Northern Ireland and work across Health and Social Care with external organisations and agencies, recognising that leadership is the responsibility of all.
