On Saturday 5th December, take on The Holly Jolly Abseil and experience Belfast from a viewpoint few people ever see, all while raising vital funds to support Simon Community’s work across Northern Ireland.

The Holly Jolly Abseil is open to anyone aged 12 and over. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must remain on site throughout the event.

No. Full safety instructions and equipment will be provided on the day, making the challenge suitable for both beginners and experienced adventurers.

Yes. All necessary safety equipment will be supplied, and the abseil will be managed by experienced professionals to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Yes. The abseil equipment can safely and comfortably accommodate waist measurements between 16 and 49 inches.

As this is an outdoor event, severe weather conditions may affect the abseil. If a postponement is necessary, our event partner Bryson Pathways will make the final decision based on safety considerations.

If the event needs to be rescheduled, all participants will be notified as soon as possible with details of the alternative arrangements.
