Recognised at the charity's recent Staff Awards for her role as Volunteer Coordinator, Rebekah led the development of the volunteering strategy by putting the clients at the very centre of her role.
Rebekah leads the organisation and the volunteers with great skill and is focused on making a difference in the lives of clients. She successfully recruited 26 volunteers with 11 Simon services utilising active volunteers. Additionally, she secured £10k of funding to run programmes and provided leadership to Team Leaders and Support Workers by engaging them in the volunteering strategy – displaying the values of the organisation at all times
