The hardest place to be
this Christmas is nowhere

Help Turn Nowhere into Somewhere

This Christmas, Simon Community is bringing businesses across Northern Ireland together to support young people experiencing homelessness.

Can your business help us reach our goal and ensure young people have access to safety, support, and a place where they truly belong?

Our Christmas Target

Christmas Should Never Mean Having Nowhere to Turn

For most of us, Christmas comes with a sense of certainty. We know where we’ll wake up, who we’ll spend the day with, and who we can turn to when life gets tough. We know there are people around us who care. But for many young people experiencing homelessness, that certainty simply doesn’t exist.

Christmas will be kind of dependent on what my mates are up to.

Your Business Can Help Build Brighter Futures

Imagine being 19 years old and unable to look beyond tomorrow. Unsure where you’ll be living, who you’ll spend Christmas with, or where to turn when things get tough. For too many young people experiencing homelessness, this uncertainty is a daily reality. No young person should have to face it alone.

At Simon Community, we know that home means far more than a place to sleep.

Home is feeling safe.

Home is knowing someone cares.

Home is having people around you when life becomes overwhelming.

Home is feeling connected.

With your support, we can be there for young people facing homelessness this Christmas.

This Christmas, your support can help create:

Somewhere Safe – A place where a young person can feel secure and supported.

Somewhere to Turn – Access to practical help, guidance and people who care.

Somewhere to Belong – Connection, community and a sense of being valued.

Somewhere to Look Forward From – The confidence and stability needed to plan for the future.

Businesses have the power to make a real difference in the communities where they live and work.

By supporting this campaign, your organisation will help young people experiencing homelessness access:

• Safe accommodation
• Practical support and guidance
• Trusted relationships
• Opportunities to build confidence and independence
• A stronger sense of connection and belonging

Most importantly, you’ll help remind young people that they are not alone.
