Mary, a Simon support worker and wellbeing champion provides a range of support in all areas for clients with addictions, mental health, education, physical health, housing, benefits and employment.
Her role as well-being champion allows her to not only promote healthy behavior and practices across her service but she also practices massage therapy and her experience can be used for staff when under stress.

Mary has been working for Simon Community since 2003, her work is important to her as she believes everyone has the right to be helped and supported. Mary also recognizes the importance of relaxing outside of work, in her free time she likes to lift weights, go for walks, travel and promote alternative healing.
Mary became a wellbeing champion at Cliftonville over the summer of 2022.
