Thank you for supporting us.

You should have a thank you email from us confirming that your donation has been received. You should also have a confirmation email from Stripe with a transaction ID you can use for tracking.

If neither email appears in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder and if you have not received either email, please check with your bank.

Gift Aid is a scheme introduced by HM Revenue and Customs which allows us to claim an extra 25p for every £1 that you donate – at no extra cost to you.

If you donate online you will receive an email to confirm receipt of your gift. If you donate by post or over the phone, we will send you a confirmation letter, unless you have already told us you would prefer not to receive one.

At the moment, we’re not able to accept any clothing, bedding, or similar items, as our accommodation services don’t have the storage space to manage these safely.

We can occasionally accept unopened, in‑date toiletries or non-perishable food items, but only when there is a specific need within one of our temporary accommodation services. Because needs vary from site to site, we always recommend getting in touch with us first so we can let you know whether your donation can be used right now.
