Feedback

Fundraising

The Simon Community Fundraising Team values all feedback. If you have enjoyed your experience with us, let us know, if you have any concerns please get in touch so we can resolve it and improve our service. All fundraising feedback can be sent to Harriet Roberts, Director of Growth and Engagement: harriettroberts@simoncommunity.org.

We aim to respond in five working days and completely resolve it as soon as possible. If however you are unhappy with the resolution you can contact The Fundraising Regulator for more advice.

If you wish to make a complaint, comment or compliment, you can do this by calling 028 9023 2882, emailing feedback@simoncommunity.org or writing to Simon Community Feedback, 4th Floor Arthur Place, 24-26 Arthur Street, Belfast, BT1 4GF.

You will need to provide the following information:

  • name of the Simon Community service
  • your full name and address
  • a contact telephone number and/or email address in case further information is required
  • full details of your feedback

You will be acknowledged within three working days on receipt of your feedback with a full response received within 28 working days via your preferred method of contact.
