Laugh Out Loud Comedy Night Raises £9,019 to Support People Experiencing Homelessness in Northern Ireland
Simon Community is delighted to announce that its recent Laugh Out Loud comedy night has raised £9,019 to help support people experiencing homelessness across Northern Ireland.
Held at the Limelight, Belfast, the one‑night‑only event brought together an exceptional lineup of Northern Ireland’s leading comedic talent, including Colin Geddis, Diona Doherty, Paddy Raff, and more. The sell‑out audience enjoyed an unforgettable evening of big laughs all while helping to support those without a place to call home.
This year’s event was supported by PropertyPal as sponsor and the Belfast Telegraph as media partner, with Shine delivering the show. Their support highlights the importance of local organisations working together to tackle homelessness.
Across Northern Ireland, 62,888 people are currently without a home - including 18,935 children and young people. As demand for emergency accommodation continues to rise, the funds raised will help Simon Community provide essential services to thousands of people each year.
